Feel your worries melt away as resonance of the sound bowls fills the room. Feel your muscles ease as you soften into comfortable yoga poses (we promise they’re easy). For centuries, yogis, traditional healers and wellness practitioners have been using the power of sound and vibration to induce relaxation, meditation and a state in which our bodies can unwind.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children aged 16 and over.
