Rainforests and rockpools I Mornington Peninsula

September 28 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm AEST

Join us for a hands-on coastal and rainforest experience that brings nature to life. Begin with a guided rockpool ramble, exploring the fascinating intertidal zones while learning from a local expert about marine species, coastal habitats, and the importance of protecting these environments. Take part in citizen science activities before continuing into the beauty of the native forest, where you’ll enjoy a guided walk through lush trails while spotting local wildlife and birdlife along the way. This immersive experience is a unique opportunity to connect with nature, learn from passionate guides, and discover the incredible diversity of our coastal and rainforest ecosystems.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children.

All Fortem wellbeing activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.
