Take a break and reset with a low-impact, full-body workout designed to stretch, strengthen, and de-stress.

This Reformer Pilates session will help you build core strength, improve flexibility, and recharge both physically and mentally. Whether you’re a reformer newbie or reformer ninja, come join us!

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult. 

All Fortem Wellbeing Activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.
