First responders working rotating shifts experience multiple stressors in their jobs. Learning how to identify and manages some of these stressors can be a helpful tool to maintain health and wellbeing.

Delivered by Fortem’s senior clinician, learn key factors that contribute to stress for first responders working shift work and some practical skills to help with management.

This model by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is based on widely researched, effective strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing, and forms the foundation of all Fortem Australia events, programs, and activities.
