Come and join us for a Jiu-Jitsu class with an experienced Jiu-Jitsu coach. Get fitter, learn something new and build your mental focus in this 1-hour session.
This class is for any level of fitness or knowledge, beginner or experienced.
These classes will run one Thursday a month for June, July & August.
Full bathroom facilities including change rooms and showers are available for those who need to get back to work. There is also a full commercial gym for those who want to get a little extra conditioning in!
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children.
