Join us for a 45 minute Pilates and Tai Chi style workout – aqua style! The instructor will take participants through an aquatic workout in the Darwin Wave Lagoon. Aqua fitness intends to support the development of strength and coordination as well as mindfulness and control.
Please note – full mobility is required – some people with injuries may be able to participate but must check with instructor first.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children aged 15 and over.
