January 22 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm AEDT

Free
Kimchi fermenting

Explore the fun of making Kimchi and Jamu. Part art and part science, you will learn the process of creating probiotic-rich foods that are both delicious and healthy!

Kimchi originates from Korea, where most homes have a dedicated kimchi fridge. Jamu originates from Java, is a health tonic and is thought to have been around for more than a thousand years.
