Indian (Kitchari) and Sri Lankan food lends well to a vegan diet. These two meals are great as the flavours infuse making them taste even better the next day and also a portion of them can be saved to pop into the freezer for those days you are too busy to cook.

This online activities is accessed via Teams. There is no need to download any software as Teams can be accessed through most internet browsers.
