Nutrition for cognitive function | Virtual

October 29 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm AWST

Discover how the foods we eat can support focus, memory, mood, and overall brain health. As part of our Virtual Nutrition & Health Workshop Series, this bite-sized session gently explores the connection between nutrition and cognitive function, offering practical, accessible insights you can bring into everyday life.

Through thoughtful education and mindful connection, you’ll explore simple ways to nourish your brain and support sustainable wellbeing, without the overwhelm. Join us for an engaging and practical session on eating well for a healthy, thriving mind.

This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children.

All Fortem wellbeing activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.

Register your interest in attending this activity by clicking on the registration form button below. Registration is not complete until you receive confirmation by email from the Fortem team.
