Our virtual nutrition and health workshop series offers monthly, bite-sized sessions that gently explore nutrition, eating habits, sleep, the nervous system, gut health, and more, supporting sustainable wellbeing through practical education and mindful connection.
This free wellbeing activity is for first responder families (check out who we serve). Register yourself, and up to one other adult and up to two children.
All Fortem wellbeing activities are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Created by our partners at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, this is a set of practical lifestyle habits which contribute to improving our overall mental fitness.
